A walk on the dark side

Today I learned about the Cottonwood BBS, which is a telnet BBS running on a Commodore 128. I'm not very well versed in the ways of CBM so logging on was very much a new experience. Although the BBS supports ASCII and ANSI, it's the Commodore Graphics mode that really makes it something special. Fortunately SysOp Andrew was on hand with some helpful pointers and after downloading CGTerm for OS X (also available for the other platforms), I was off and running... well, crawling actually -- but with style.

At the time I'm writing this Chebucto Community Net seems to have completely fallen over, so I've no idea when this update might make it into the wild. Hopefully whatever's wrong is only temporary!
