The home is fully furnished with three bedrooms, 1.5 baths, large kitchen with island and sitting area with a cozy woodstove. There is also a large great room on the south side that provides an abundance of sunshine, 16ft ceilings and a propane fireplace.

An open concept with pine plank flooring and ceramic throughout. A solid pine staircase leads to the loft where you will enjoy a lovely view of the lake.

A huge covered deck which is accessible from the kitchen and great room, provides shade and shelter from the rain, while still allowing you to enjoy the outdoors.

There is also a private dock, paddle boat and canoe. There is lots to do while vacationing at Cockscomb Lake. There many golf courses, hiking trails, museums, shopping, restaurants, movie theatres etc., all within a 30 minute drive.

Cockscomb Lake is a beautiful, fresh water lake which is great for boating and swimming, also there is shallow-water entry which is great for kids.

 

The cost is $1,200.00 per week from May 1 - Sept. 30
The rest of the year or the off season it is $800.00 per week
