Northport is located on Route 366, about 50 kilometers from Amherst (about a 25-30 minute drive from Amherst). Take exit 3 or 4 off Trans-Canada Highway 104. When leaving Amherst go East on (Victoria Street) from Amherst, then a couple of miles outside of Amherst take a left on The Tyndal Rd.,  (route 366) for scenic route,  follow the road through Amherst Shore into Northport, when you see the Mud Creek Rd sign, turn toward the ocean into the cottage lane, (it has names of the cottagers on the telephone pole) just across from the green Northport Elementary School.  This lane is called Pipes Beach Rd. the cottage is number 138.
