The cottage is booked from Sunday to Sunday.
To book the cottage,  fifty percent (50%) deposit is required immediately to confirm booking, along with a post dated cheque
(dated 30 days  prior to arrival)
for the balance owing. 

No refund if booking is later canceled

Cottage rates are $680.00 per week during July & August. This rate is based on 6 people staying at the cottage. There is a $100. charge per week per extra person.
No tents allowed on property!

Cottage rates for June & September are $500. per week. This rate is based on 6 people staying at the cottage. There is a $100. charge per week per extra person.


The Cottage has three separate bedrooms with 1 double bed in the master bedroom, 1 double bed in bedroom 2,  and 1 set of bunk beds in bedroom 3, the living room couch also converts to a double bed if necessary. The cottage can sleep 8 people when using the living room pullout couch.

Dishes and cutlery are supplied.

There is a fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, television with VCR and DVD player, and a gas barbecue supplied.

Responsible owners with pets are welcome.

Please note: 
(1) Sheets, towels and dishcloths are not supplied, so please remember to bring your own! 
(2) You are responsible for your own garbage, there are places nearby to dispose of it, and only clear garbage bags are accepted in the area!
(3) The cottage will be clean when you arrive and we ask that you leave it in the same condition. We are trying to keep the cost of renting the cottage as low as we can, and if we had to hire cleaners to clean and take away the garbage after everyone that would mean higher prices. All our clients have cooperated with this policy and is much appreciated by us and other rentors.
(4)Tents are not allowed on the property.
