Images from the 2008 London Festival

During the closing ceremonies Nova Scotia dancers presented an impressive show to an appreciative audience. The four dances they performed acknowledge the elements of Scottish and Acadian traditions which have enriched our culture, and the influence of the sea. Hours of practice with caller and choreograper Dottie Welch over the preceeding months paid off with a standing ovation. It was a proud moment for our province!
