Hi,

Indeed - very impressive pictures. I was on the island of Saba, in the
Lesser Antilles, for 3 days last week, and they rely on storms to fill their
water cisterns and provide drinking water, as they have no piped water
system there. They told me that T. Storm Noel was a great blessing to them,
as it produced a great deal of rain, no wind damage, and no injuries or
deaths. It became destructive only after it moved NW towards the Dominican
Rep.
