A Brown Thrasher has been sighted twice today at Gerry Dickie's
feeder in Hall's Harbour. Both times the bird stayed around for
about half an hour feeding both on the ground and at the
feeder. With its feathers all fluffed up against the cold, it
looks more like a large Fox Sparrow than a long, loean
Thrasher. The long beak is the giveaway.
