After a redpoll absence of about a week, a single redpoll showed up at my
feeder on Thurs.
None since.

After an absence from my feeders for about two weeks, a solitary
Redpoll turned up this
morning; I'd noted them as "departed for the season".

Are these winter visitors still numerous?
