I and a friend went for walk along the river trail beginning at the White
Rock bridge nr. Wolfville this morning.
Of note:
N Waterthrush (2+)
Black-thr Green Warbler (2)
N Parula (2)
Black-and-white Warblers (2-3)
Ovenbird (2)
Yellow-rumps (5-6)
Eastern Phoebe (2)
Yellow-bellied Flycatcher (1)
Wh-br Nuthatch (2)
Red-br Nuthatch (1)
Pileated Woodpecker
Bald Eagle
Belted Kingfisher
Blue-headed Vireo (3-4)
Hermit Thrush (2)
Flocks of chickadees.
There was further flocks of unidentified warblers moving around in the high
canopy; lighting was difficult with light rain showers moving in.
