Hi all:

I met up with a birder who some of you know yesterday and we went around th=
e area for a bit.  His name is Roy John from Ottawa.  Jim=2C Richard or Ang=
us=2C please say hi to Bernie Forsythe from him for me.  Getting to the bir=
ds=2C we had a pair of northern waterthrush that were very aggressive.  The=
y came right out as we were walking along the Fauxburg trail and scoulded u=
s as they flew very closely by.  We also discovered three young Lincoln's s=
parrows and an adult there.  A veery gave us a good look and we had a real =
nice collection of warblers and other species.

Today it was nice to see four gray catbirds along the Back Harbour Trail.  =
One of the pair were carrying food for young=2C and it was interesting to s=
ee the catbird vocalize with a mouthfull.
