It is nice to be back birding in Nova Scotia for a few months.  Some birds =
of interest seen in the last few days:

American Wigeon - along Atlantic View Trail=2C West Lawrencetown

American Bittern  - same location as above

Savanah Sparrow - same location as above

Great Blue Herons - 4 seen from West Lawrencetown River Bridge=3B approx 10=
 East Chezzetcook

Double Crested Cormorants - 1 West Lawrencetown River Bridge=3B 1 flying ov=
er Lake Banook=3B several in Bedford Basin

Common Eiders - Chebucto Head=3B Eastern Passage

Common Loons - Eastern Passage

American Robins - several locations

Northern Oriole - Oakdale Ct.=2C Dartmouth

Brown Creeper - Oakdale Cr=2C Dartmouth

Eastern Phoebe - Oakdale Ct.=2C Dartmouth  (I wasn't quite sure about this =
bird at first - it was flycatching=3B tail was bobbing=3B=20
