I am not sure what the question is but
If DDMMYY >110110 >54
& MMDDYY > 011110 > 30
& YYDDMM > 101101 > 45
& YYMMDD > 100111 > 39
Reading binary from the left, each non-zero position represents
2^position number.
E.g. 011110 = 0+2+4+8+16+0 =30
