Hi All:
Today I spotted three Great Blue Herons close to the road in Upper Woods
Harbour, looks like they have just arrived. A few minutes ago I spotted a
bird picking in the bark of the maple and put my glasses on it and it's a
Yellow-rumped Warbler, still in winter colours.
I also have a pair of Chickadees going in and out of the usual nest box in
my back yard, this year four I think. When we first put it up Swallows
nested for a couple of years then the Chickadees took over.
