I expect that Angus meant to say May 02 for his latest visit to Palmeter=
Woods.
I was there the previous day=2C May 01=2C at about 14:00 and saw both Phoeb=
es at=20
the bridge on my way out but not on the way in. I also heard two Barred Owl=
s
calling and saw one Hairy W.P. as well as some of the other birds he mentio=
ns.

My daughter works in downtown Kentville and on two recent occasions she saw
a Perigine Falcon feeding on unidentified birds on top of power poles outsi=
de her office
in the centre of town.
