Subject: [NatureNS] hurt squirrel, what to do?
Hi all, we have a few young squirrels that feed from a peanut box that we keep
on our deck. It appears that one of them is hurt. He seems to be lethargic and
when he does move, it appears his back leg or legs are hurt. He just seems to
want to lay on our deck. He has been here for over an hour. Should we try to
capture him and find him assistance, or leave him be. Where does one take an
injured squirrel? We do have a video on ustream of him napping if anyone would
like to see it. Also, he does show up at times feeding on the live stream
video.
