At the risk of critique I'm going to say that I had 43 of what would have o=
nce been the Richardson's subspecies of Canada Goose at First South today a=
nd one which was definitely that of the original Cackling Goose. These gee=
se were way smaller than the normal Canada goose that we usually see here. =
I'm not great with working out the subspecies=2C so I'll leave that to the=
experts=2C Eg.=2C Eric. The cackling goose stuck out like a sore thumb e=
ven though the other geese in their own right were tiny.
