Last night on the way home I was watching a group of Canada geese in the la=
ke at Back Centre when I observed a juvenile bald eagle come sailing in.  T=
he eagle set down on a mud spit in the centre of the lake and as I watched =
it was taking drinks out of the lake.  This is the first time in all the ye=
ars that I've watched bald eagles=2C that I've seen one taking a drink. =20

David Walmark and I were birding in Blue Rocks along the shore below the Bl=
ue Rocks Cemetary.  A wonderful spot with lots of migrants.  Nothing out of=
 the ordinary=2C but sizeable numbers of yellow-rumped warblers=2C American=
 robins=2C and 28 song sparrows.
