=A0Hi All, Lots of birds kicking around Sackville. The busiest place right =
now seems to be Pleasant Hill Cemetery where there is a Summer Tanager, a S=
carlet Tanager, 2 Orange-crowned Warblers and an Indigo Bunting. There are =
also an Indigo Bunting each at Leaside and Seawood Parks. Northern Cardinal=
s are present at their usual places on Hallmark and at the Lions Den on Old=
Sackville Road. The one Laughing Gull that has been kicking around Sackvil=
le since shortly after the hurricane is still putting in appearances at Duc=
k Lake. White -crowned Sparrows are there and scattered at various others l=
ocations around Sackville though several seem to have moved on. Lastly ther=
e is a Green-winged Teal in First Lake and I saw my first Evening Grosbeak =
of the fall, a nice bright male. Oh and I just spoke to Dad and he had a gr=
uesome sight, a Black Skimmer in Broad Cove eating a duck!!! Besides the Be=
ll's Vireo other birds of interest Fulton has had in Spryfield this
week are a Green Heron, an Eastern Bluebird, 4 Baltimore Orioles, a Common=
Yellowthroat, a Black-throated Green Warbler as well as Orange-crowns and =
White-crowns. So in between the rainy periods it could be an interesting we=
ekend.-Cheers, Clarence=0A=0A
