I sent this from the site at 14:10 today but used my wrong address for Natu=
reNS so it didn't come through...I am stopped at one of my favorite places =
for a quick break from work. Here at the first pond on St. Andrews River Ro=
ad in Shubenacadie. Feels like the temp is in the high twenties in the sun.=
Not as many ducks as I would expect. 4 mallards and 1 male wood duck in si=
ght but a few more at the back I can't see well. The big surprise for me is=
the biggest painted turtle I have ever seen (about 10 inches long.) and ma=
ny ladybugs and dragonflies.
