Kwe Msit Wen:
(Greetings All)

Nick and I took a drive up to Truro to try and see the Graylag Goose. We meet
up with Liz Doull, Blake Maybank, Ian et all at the Lower Oslow Cemetery Road.
No Goose, Geese (cooked or otherwise were present there). I told them let's
try the Gravel Pit spot by where the Liberals hang out (turn on to the road by
the Colchester North Liberal Association Bldg) so we drove up to North River on
the Tatamagouche Road and after a bit of searching, Blake found the Graylag
amongst the hundred's of Canada Geese present. I asked a local fella if we can
hang around his back yard to try and get a better look-he was very obliging. He
asked if we were searching for the Snow Geese because those ones have been gone
for about a week now. The fella said that they roost in the Gravel Pit pond
and parade every morning to the corn stubble field. Blake has the civic address
so if he post it, you will know.

I managed to get some shots and like Mr. Hans Toom, mine are also cropped
heavily and would be what I consider to be record or "doc" shots. These have
been posted to my gallery at:

All in all, a new lifer for Nick and I.
