Hi,
=A0
I took photographs of the whale last Wednesday and posted them on the Marin=
er Cruises Whale & Seabird Tours page on Facebook. I got a couple pictures =
of the tail... I don't think it was a known whale. Very sad to see :o(

June,
=A0
This is the same whale that was seen off the northern end of Grand Manan fr=
om the Grand Manan ferry on November 27 and off the eastern side of Grand M=
anan on November 28.=A0 The barnacle scars on the right side of the jaw are=
the same, as is the white pattern on the belly.=A0 Much of the bloating is=
 gone, however.=A0 I believe it is a female.=A0=20
=A0
If possible a shot of the underside of the tail would be great since it see=
ms that the tail pattern is still there as seen through the water in the ph=
oto.=A0 This, as you know, would help identify who it is.=A0 I see that the=
rope that was across the belly is gone.
=A0
Very sad.
