ers=2C 5 Long-tailed Ducks=3B a few GBB & Herring Gulls=2C had a good look =
for Purple Sandpipers=2C no results

Exceptional visibilty the wind and sun at our backs=2C insignificant wave a=
ction within 1000' of shore=2C ebb tide : one Common Loon was in the small =
bay formed by the rocks west of the wharf=2C diving very close to shore: Th=
e single Dovekie flew by close to shore at my line-of-sight: I was standing=
 on top of the rocks at the end of the hill that leads to the shore/wharf r=
oad=2C completely sheltered from the southerly wind. From the Wharf=2C usin=
g the scope=2C  I could see more Surf Scoters near the shore that is beyond=
 the Church=2C east of the wharf.
