All:

Had what I took to be a Winter Moth (Operophtera brumata), from its  
size and pale brownish-gray wings, flitting around our Halifax front  
door at midday.


In mid-aft. there were 47 Canada Geese and a Killdeer at Hartlen Pt,'s  
harbourside beach.
