I took a short walk in Prospect today (on the trail that starts at the end
of Indian Point Rd), and came across a group of about 12 Harlequin Ducks,
just off an island fairly close to shore (the closest one you can see within
about 10min walk on the trail). Several Red-necked Grebes were also around,
along with the other expected seabirds.
