Nick and I went to Sullivan's pond today to see if we can get pictures of the 
Gadwall.  I did get a doc shot which I have posted on my gallery.  We will try 
again tomorrow for better shots.  We also saw and photographed a couple of 
Iceland's gulls-I note for Ian that these Icelands were of the kumlieni 
subspecies.  I also took pictures of a song sparrow and am very amazed at the 
peach buff colours on it and the vibrant red cap.

I noticed that the American Coot was having a bit of a time with the Gadwall and 
a pair of Wigeons were constantly following it trying to steal the food it was 
bringing up.  I understood that it was usually the opposite and that it is the 
Coot trying to steal food from the Ducks.  Interesting.
