Hello,

A relative passed on a sighting of Snowy Owl at 4:10pm on Friday. The
sighting was on route 359 (Halls Harbour to Kentville) before the Rockwell
Mountain road turn off, near the bend in the road. The owl flew from the
ditch into a tree. Though not an experienced birder he had a good look at it
and checked a couple of references.

Paul Evans
