I was asked to forward a message to this board of a probable yellow-breasted
chat found on the north side of Braemar Drive just west of the Acadia
athletics complex.

It was described to Phil Taylor by a local resident and his description
match that of a YB chat. He further confirmed this when a picture of a chat
was shown to him. He said he found it down by the railroad tracks just
behind the athletics complex parking lot.
Both Phil and I will be searching for it tomorrow and I will report back if
it is found.
Cheers,
Lucas
