Liz Doull and I had a great day of birding.

Snowy Egret (imm) - Lwr. East Chezzetcook - seen at low tide roosting on
small island opposite Winter Hill Rd

Killdeer (2) - Lwr. East Chezzetcook - at creek near end of road

Bonaparte's Gull (2) - East Chezzetcook - at exit 20

Green-winged Teal (fem) - Grand Desert

American Pipits (5) - start of causeway at Causeway Rd in Seaforth

Red-throated Loon - off Fishermen's Reserve in Seaforth

Belted Kingfisher - at Dottie's Pond in Three Fathom Hbr

Broad-winged Hawk - hunting from telephone lines below large tea room in
Lawrencetown

Pine Warbler - off Lwr. Water St in Halifax (trees at North end of apartment
building across from the Brewery)- seen at 09:30 and again at 15:30. There
seems to be a pale one and a brighter one. We didn't see the Cape May
Warbler but there was a third warbler flitting around in the trees that was
probably it.
