For the person interested in Snow Buntings. There are several groups of
buntings right on the highway (3) where you turn in from 103 toward
Summerville. They are right in the center of the roadway! They allow a car
to pass and close right in behind it.
There was a flock of at least 30 and then in Hunts Point a much larger group
flew past my car from the Beach up the Beech Hill Road directly opposite the
beach. This is within the past 1/2 hour.
I had to go to Liverpool early this am and we saw a large group of them
moving in near the salt sheds and as we came home again there was a tree
full of them in my yard in White Point.
Good luck.
