Just two weekends left before the end of February.   I've updated the 
winter list and the DOWL (Dead Of Winter List).   We may not add any 
more to the overall winter list, but there are certainly more that 
could be added to the DOWL.  House Finch?  Pine 
Grosbeak?  Dickcissel?  Black-backed Woodpecker?  Spruce Grouse?
