--001636c929e7cf49c5049ea0c203 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1 Hi, There has been a pair of eagles flying around our backyard and the area towards Talon Drive, which is very close. I suspect that they are investigating that nest. There was a bird sitting on it on the Xmas Count! However there is quite a lot of human disturbance in the immediate vicinity, with home-building etc. There is also a Red-tail nest just on the north side of Church St., near the junction with Tiny Parrish Rd., and a bird has been sitting on it recently. There is often a pair of eagles on a tree about 1km to the west of that, but I don't know if they have a nest somewhere. As I got home from work, about 5:30pm, there was a Robin scolding loudly in a tree on the front lawn. Cardinals are singing on our property every morning.
