It's been tantalizing to read all of these reports of spring
arrivals. However today was my turn. While walking to work in south
end Halifax this morning, I saw two Robins on Jubilee Road. Very
agitated and flitting about in a panicky way - I am sure they had
just arrived. I didn't see them when I passed through the area at
lunchtime, or in the evening, but on my way home at the end of the
day I heard and then saw a Grackle on Rosebank Avenue. Both were the
first of their kind for me this year.

	Cheers,

	Patricia L. Chalmers
	Halifax
