Have you thought of doing the silent auction?   and having people come in to 
buy books that were advertised in Blake's pdf? [the problem is who will do 
the transactions at the museum?]   Or Try second hand book stores to get 
some revenvue.  Just a few thoughts based on my experience with other 
organizations I am involved with.
