I am no expert in female/ juvenile orioles, but..

Orchard orioles look rather greenish-yellow.  Their bellies are all the way 
down to the undertails.    Baltimore orioles look rather orangey and have 
some white on its bellies.

Orchards are the smallest of all orioles and have ** well-defined ** white 
bars.  Baltimores have white but not clear-cut bars.

Look at the wings of both orioles in your bird guide books.   You will see 
the difference...

Let's hope it is an orchard oriole!
