Previous Wolfville RTNC counts at dusk were 109 on June 21 (Raca
Marinkovic) and 71 on June 23/11 (Judy Tufts, Raca M., and Brenda &
Bill Thexton).

JUNE 26, 2011 - I and a few others counted only 30+ chimney swifts
entering the Wolfville Robie Tufts Nature Centre chimney at dusk. My
observations were from 9:05 to 9:35 p.m., but a couple from Germany
saw 2 swifts go in early at 8:00 p.m. (Sunset was about 9:05). Sky
mostly clear, cool, 17 C., light breeze. The first entries for me
were at 9:17 and then the rest went in gradually from 9:25 to 9:34.

AND ONE LARGE SILK MOTH flew by at about 9:32 p.m. (probably a
cecropia or polyphemus?).
