A couple of years ago I used to walk from the parking lots near the new NSP=
ower =0Aoffices to Sackville Street. The otter was often right on the deck =
running a =0Along. I have seen them on both sides of the harbour in the pas=
t year but not =0Awith the regularity as now only get to walk the waterfron=
t at lunch time which =0Ais much busier even in the winter and probably not=
the best time of day for the =0Aotter either.=0A=0ADartmouth side has usua=
lly been at alderney ferry terminal area. But once at =0Awoodside when ther=
e were few boats around.=0A=0ARob=0A=0A=0A=0A=0A___________________________=
