Lovely flowers Gayle.
A couple of islands in some Lunenburg County lakes have some also.
It will soon be time to visit them.
Thanks for the reminder
Paul

Subject: [NatureNS] Wild Orchid (Possibly): Grahams Grove Boardwalk

Hello All,

Possibly, a type of wild orchid, called Nodding Ladies Tresses, s cernua, is growing all along and around the concrete boardwalk at Grahams Grove here in Dartmouth. The fragrance is lovely! My sister, who has a fairly good knowledge of wild flowers in our area, is quite sure that this is what these flowers are.

Sincerely,

Gayle MacLean
Dartmouth
