It appears to be a Minke about 15 to 18ft long, Quite badly decomposed. I have a photo for anyone who is interested. Also yesterday afternoon there was a shark cruising on the surface near Hubbards beach. I did not see it but it was reported to be about 5 to 6 feet, from the description, possibly a porbeagle, and was badly injured with multiple gashes on the side. No sign of it this morning when I was out.
