Hi, I was indeed finally able to get away at 5pm and head down to Falmouth, and see the goose for about 45 mins before The light faded. Thanks everyone for the encouragements! To me it seemed about the same size as the Canadas, the legs were definitely pink, not orange, in all lights, and I got the impression of a rather dainty bill. But I did manage a few pictures - mostly rather against the light, and I will try and post hem later. In fact if the bird sticks around I might be able to get better ones during the week.
