Ian beat me to the punch. I was going to hold off announcing the new book until it was available for sale, which should be the case in a few days. I have no commercial interest in it either (wish I had been paid for the roughly 2-1/2 years that went into the publication), but I do have order forms in digital form that I can send along as an attachment to anyone who wants one.
