I had the pleasure of observing the female Baltimore Oriole at the Thexton's
home this morning feeding on a 'bird-pie'. The male was nowhere to be seen.

Brenda said they were happy to see it again as they hadn't seen either male
or female oriole in past two days.

Oddly enough shortly after 1.00 p.m,, Sheila McCurdy phoned with the news
that a male Baltimore Oriole had arrived at her house early this morning and
had come back over noon hour, spending time feeding between a 'bird pie' and
a black-oil sunflower feeder. Makes one wonder if this is the same male
that was hanging around the Thexton's feeders. or are there now more orioles
in the area.

Cheers,

Judy
