 I had photographed what appears to be the exact same duck at Sullivans Pond yesterday. I was leaning towards Pintail x Mallard, although admittingly, the ones I viewed in the past usually have a much greener head. Here is my version of the duck, lightened quite a bit due to poor photo conditions:
