Birds worth mentioning were:

Grey Jay - Sandy Cove
Horned Grebe - Purcell Cove - close to the shore
Dovekie - Purcell Cove - close to the shore
Barrow's Goldeneye - Purcell Cove
Greater Scaup - Purcell Cove
Lesser Scaup - Purcell Cove

The female red bellied woodpecker continues to visit Ann Doull's South end
Halifax feeders on a daily basis. The male one makes occassional visits,
but
prefers other feeders on Robie Street.

Cheers,
Liz
