There has been ONE sticking around in that area for the past couple  
of years, and most birders in HRM are well aware of its presence.
I seen it there first in 2003 or even before that, then on and off in  
subsequent years.

Didn't you Jim write at one point ~ 5 years back something about how  
it got there here on NatureNS?

Could be still the same individual as they have a life span of 20  
years and more.
