Last week I had a report of American crows carrying sticks for nest buildin=
g.  Considering the time of the year=2C I suspected common ravens and advis=
ed that the birds seen were likely that species rather than crows.  I appar=
ently was wrong as I saw a crow collecting a stick this morning for its nes=
