Hi,

I have put some pics from The Guzzle at Grand Pre, high tide today,
shorebirds, here -
http://richard-s.smugmug.com/Nature/NS-Birds-and-Scenes-March-2012/22243843=
_PJkNCK#!i=3D1782773361&k=3D88MwLmZ
.

At dusk this evening, my son and his fianc=E9e called me to say that 2 owls
just flew over their car on Church St., near our home N. of Kentville. We
went out, and found a pair of Gt. Horned Owls, that had landed in the lone
tree that contains a Red-tail's nest from last year, across the road from
the Cawarden B&B. Makes me wonder if they have taken over that nest - I'll
keep an eye on it. I imagine they're the same ones we have seen and heard
around home a few weeks ago.

Richard
