Last October 27th I found my first Ipswich Sparrow ever at East Point
aka The Guzzle. Today, April 18th I found another one right up on the
dyke a few hundred meters S of East Point. I again asked Ian McLaren
to confirm it for me (much appreciated) and he wrote "I'd say pretty
classic, and classy, Ipswich. May be a female, which are a little
darker and with slightly more blackish streaks below, but that gray
ground colour is a sure thing."

I was quite taken myself with how so many of the individual feathers
truly appear "frosted". I get rather excited when I find this bird up
in Kings Co. I have 2 photos that really capture this bird.
