Hi all:
=20
I have not checked my emails since yesterday=2C but for those that are keep=
ing a record of the numbers of indigo buntings for the Nova Scotia Bird Soc=
iety Newsletter or otherwise I'll give a summary of those reports that I re=
ceived directly.  Up to April 29 I heard from 34 people=2C from 30 communit=
ies and logged roughly 60 individual birds.
=20
The great egret first reported to me by David Walmark was still at Kingsbur=
g Pond this morning at 11:00. David Walmark of Kingsburg also had a brown =
thrasher arrive this morning which was making repeated trips to his feeder.=
  It did not show when I was there. =20
=20
On an outing to Oxner's Beach I found only one willet=2C but a walk to Conr=
ad's Island at Lower Rose Bay produced six willets=2C three greater yellowl=
egs=2C four short-billed dowitchers and a killdeer.
