Index of Subjects Thank you, Bernard for posting these. There are days in our lives when you just happen to be in the right orbit and can witness something like this! :o) I do wonder just how old this turtle might be? And if you notice on the back of its shell there is a round hole that goes right through. Am wondering what might have caused it, someone suggested that maybe someone was keeping it as a 'pet' and had a rope attached to it. I can't imagine anyone foolish enough to have a Snapping Turtle as a pet though!
