An not too common thing in NS.=0AAs we paddled = into a flooded cove full of little islands, stumps and logs=0Aand lots of s= tuff - looked like a fine place for a fish. I was paying=0Amore attention t= o where there was floatable water than the islands.=0AAll of a sudden, a Lo= on burst from its nest only a canoe length or so away.=0AShe/He was so clos= e that it splashed water on us.
